At Mindful Connections Therapy, we use evidence-based therapy approaches tailored to each client’s individual needs and goals.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT):
CBT helps clients identify unhelpful thought patterns and develop healthier ways of responding to emotions, stress, and challenges.
EMDR:
EMDR is an evidence-based therapy approach commonly used to help clients process trauma, PTSD, distressing memories, and emotional triggers.
Talk Therapy:
Our therapists provide supportive, collaborative talk therapy designed to help clients feel heard, understood, and empowered as they work through life’s challenges.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT):
DBT helps clients strengthen emotional regulation, coping skills, mindfulness, and interpersonal effectiveness. We offer both individual DBT therapy and DBT skills groups to help clients build practical tools for managing difficult emotions and improving relationships.
Play Therapy:
Play therapy provides children with a developmentally appropriate way to express emotions, process experiences, and build coping skills. Our therapists incorporate directive CBT-based play therapy and EMDR play therapy techniques to help children work through anxiety, trauma, behavioral concerns, and emotional challenges in a supportive environment.

Therapy can help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and experiences while developing healthier coping skills and strategies for managing life’s challenges. Many clients seek therapy for support with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship struggles, or emotional overwhelm.
Our therapists support children, teens, adults, couples, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, stress, emotional overwhelm, behavioral concerns, relationship challenges, and life transitions. We tailor treatment to each client's unique needs and goals.
Your first session is focused on getting to know you, understanding what brings you to therapy, and discussing your goals, concerns, and hopes for treatment. We want you to feel comfortable, supported, and heard from the very beginning. By the end of the session, you'll leave with a clearer understanding of the next steps and feel empowered, understood, and hopeful about moving forward.

Fantastic! Brady does an excellent job of helping me identify the core issues bothering me and helping me treat these areas. I’ve had great success using the techniques he taught me and feel more at peace and comfortable with my past and present. I highly recommend Brady to anybody who needs somebody to talk to in therapy.

Brady is truly an amazing leader and counselor. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to change their lives and seeking freedom. He is empathetic, kind and seeks to understand those he serves. As I met with Brady for sessions, and was part of a team he lead, I learned about what grace truly means and how to give grace to others. Under his guidance and leadership I became a better person and a much better leader.

You don’t have to navigate anxiety, trauma, depression, or emotional overwhelm alone. Our team is here to help you find support that feels right for you.
